Being a BPO employee i start my day at 9:00 am and my travel starts from 8:15 to 9:00 to my office. On the way I saw Kids with a Burden on their back heading towards the hectic day ahead with No Smile on Face. Then the journey moves on to the Traffic COP who is in his own distress in controlling the traffic flow yelling at people and this discomforted cop was totally stressed out and I think he forgot wat is smile.

Then I head towards City people heading to work, Students for colleges and vendors for market at bus stop. Everybody in anxiety about future, Exams and profit but they forgot the more precious which can make the formers easier in life “Smile”.

There comes the Signal the vehicles halt everybody looks at the countdown anxiously since its getting late they were all in confused state not even a Simple Smile some busy with cell phones, Business men in their cars busy reading magazines, Small time vendors selling their products and neglected people performing aerobic dances for earning their livelihood. None in with Life (Smile).

I passed the signal and moved into my office gate the security checking vehicles and then I entered the office saw people waiting for Interviews with a hope of getting a job, all with a worried face. I just entered a Cabin My manager had taken some team members and was yelling at them @ 9:00 for some performance and all team members were looking with an apprehension of Targets and client pressures. Then I remembered some thing we work for our own life not to lose the verve and the spirit of life- “Smile”

Then I thought Life without Liveliness is the current scenario at most people’s life.

We will wake when humanity wakes but there will be no humans.

Why can’t we Smile, Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile and we can spread some happiness to people.

"Frown and you frown alone, but smile and the whole world smiles with you.
